Section 51(1) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960
(1)The Compensation Commissioner and the Assistant Compensations Commissioners shall perform such duties and exercise such powers of supervision and superintendence over the work of Compensation Officers as may be prescribed.
