10. Authorities of Institute.
- [Each Institute shall have the following authorities] [Substituted 'The following shall be the authorities of the Institute' by Act No. 38 of 2019, dated 29.11.2019.], namely: -(a)the Governing Council,(b)a Senate, and(c)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Institute.
