- The company shall at all times afford all facilities to the Inspector or his assistants authorised by him in writing in this behalf to Inspect and test any of its works for the purpose of determining the calorific value, pressure or purity of the gas supplied to the consumers.Explanation.- In this section "works" includes any buildings, machinery or apparatus required to supply gas.
