Section 68(1) in Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009
(1)Until the Statutes or Regulations are made under the appropriate provisions of this Act, the Statutes or Regulations which are made under the provisions of the Karnataka Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 1963, and in force immediately before the appointed day shall subject to such adaptations or modifications as may be made therein by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of Chancellor and in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be deemed to be Statutes and Regulations made under the appropriate provisions of this Act.
