(2)After modification in the plan or preparation of a fresh plan in accordance with the directions of the State Government under sub-section (1), the same shall be submitted to the State Government for approval and the State Government shall intimate its decision [within such time of the receipt of the Plan as may be prescribed.] [Substituted by Section 4(h)(ii) of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) (Amendment) Act, 1994 (West Bengal Act 26 of 1994) for within sixty days of the receipt of the plan.]
