Section 136(1)(d) in The Tripura Land Revenue And Land Reforms Act, 1960

(d)lands held by the intermediary as mortgagor Which are subject to usufructuary mortgage and are under the personal cultivation of the mortgagee-, (e) lands comprised in orchards or used for the purpose of live-stock breeding, poultry farming, or dairy farming Which are in the occupation of the intermediary;
