Section 4B(i) in The Punjab Security of Land Tenures Rules, 1956
(i)the [Collector] [Substituted for the words, 'Collector of the district' by Punjab Government notification No. 1723-A.R.I. (II)-62/673, dated the 13th February, 1962.], if the lands owned or held by a land-owner or tenant are situate in patwar circles comprised in one district; and
