Section 23(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)If a landlord to whom the site referred to in Section 22 belongs intends to sell such site, the tenant at the expense of whom or whose predecessor-in-title, a dwelling house is built thereon shall be given in the manner provided in sub-section (2) the first option of purchasing the site at a value determined by the Tribunal.
