- Where any person is working at more than one metre and eighty centimetre height and where there is likelihood of fall hazard, the owner, agent or manager of mine shall provide a safety belt with full body harness as per the standard, that is, IS 3521 of the Bureau of Indian Standards or its revised version which shall be attached by means of a lifeline to a fixed anchor.
