Section 11(1) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)The Board shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by regulations made by the Board under this Act :Provided that the Board shall meet [once in every two months] [Words substituted for the words 'at least once in every three months' by W.B. Act 35 of 1983.].
