Section 117R in The Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879
117R. Settlement made before this Act to be deemed to be made under this Chapter.
- All settlement of land revenue heretofore made and introduced and in force at the date of the commencement of the Bombay Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 1939 (Bombay 20 of 1939), shall be deemed to have been made and introduced in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and shall, notwithstanding anything contained in section 117E, be deemed to continue to remain in force until the introduction of a revision settlement.]
