Section 13(1) in The Karnataka Tank Conservation and Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)The Authority may direct any Officer of the Government or any local or other authority who is the custodian, or in control, of any tank to permanently demarcate its boundaries and to take such other measures as may be necessary.
