Section 1 in The Punjab Industrial Housing Act, 1956
1. Short title, extent and commencement
. - (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Industial Housing Act, 1956.(2)It shall extend to the whole of Punjab.(3)Is shall come into force in such areas as may be specified by the State Government from time to time by notification in the official Gazette.
