Section 10(vi) in The Rajasthan Grant & Payment of Old Age Pension Rules, 1974
(vi)In case he is illiterate the thumb impression of the destitute shall be obtained on money order receipt in the presence of a literate witness who shall attest the signature on the receipt itself.
