ORDER
1. The above case has been posted to today along with the disposed matters for the purpose of consideration of objections to be filed by the applicant in O.A. No.107/2021 (SZ) to the report submitted by the State Level Page 2 of 4 Monitoring Committee as well as the committee appointed by this Tribunal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant in O.A. No.107/2021 (SZ) wanted some more time to file their objections to the report.
3. The short question that arises for consideration is as to whether the waste disposal facility can be allowed to continue in that particular place or not or it will have to be shifted to a nearer place, as sought for by the applicant.
4. The applicant is directed to file their objections (if any) to the report within a week and get ready with the matter on the next hearing date.
5. They are directed to submit their objections to the report on or before 15.12.2021 by e-filing in the form of Searchable PDF/OCR Supportable PDF and not in the form of Image PDF along with necessary hardcopies to be produced as per Rules and get ready with the matter on 20.12.2021. No further adjournment will be granted on the next hearing date.
6. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the official respondents by e-mail immediately, apart from communicating this order to the Chief Secretary, State of Tamil Nadu, so that he can look into the issue along with other cases relating to implementation of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and come with a concrete proposal to resolve the issue in this case also in an effective manner and submit the report on or before 17.12.2021. We will also have a personal meeting with the respective Secretaries along with the Chief Secretary to discuss about the same in the afternoon of 17.12.2021 at 03:00 p.m., so that further Page 3 of 4 discussions in the aspect of implementation can be evolved in an effective manner.
7. For filing objections (if any) to the report, completion of pleadings and further action taken report to be filed by the Municipality, post on 20.12.2021.
