346. Prosecution for possession of pachwai in excess of legal limit.
- Prosecution against members of the aboriginal tribes living in the State for possession of pachwai in excess of the legal limit should rarely be instituted. Prosecution should only be instituted against such consumers when there is proof of illegal sale of pachwai.
