Section 44W(3) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(3)When an action is taken under the provisions of sub-section (1) by the Trustee, the provisions of this Chapter or any rules made in pursuance thereof shall apply as if all references therein to primary Co-operative Land Development Bank and its managing committee or the State Co-operative Land Development Bank or the Board were references to the Trustee.
