(n)"Professional Institute" means a constituent College imparting instructions in the professional subjects, namely, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary, Teachers training and such other subjects as may be prescribed from time-to-time as professional subjects under the statutes;
