The entire amount lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court in FAO No.445 of 2017 titled as Suresh Kumar vs. Banka Mani is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant along-with up-to-date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to her bank account details of which have been furnished in para 6 of the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of.
