(5)The Authority on being satisfied that the applicant is eligible for renewal of license, shall renew the same(a)in Form-IRDAI-7-LF in case of individuals including sole proprietor(b)in Form-IRDAI-8-LF in case of Corporate Surveyor and Loss Assessor in the format given in the Schedule-II to these regulations.
