09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant contended that since the cheque deposited on 05.09.2019 has lost its validity, he may be permitted to take it back to submit a fresh revalidated cheque.
3. Considering the fact that the appeal is of the year 2019 and the cheque has lost its validity since last five years, this Court in view of the requests made by the learned counsel for the appellant, allowed him time to submit the revalidated cheque by 27th September, 2024 peremptorily. If no such revalidated cheque is submitted by Page 1 of 2 // 2 // 27th September, 2024, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
4. Office is directed to handover the cheque in question to the learned counsel for the appellant by tomorrow (30.08.2024).
