ORAL
ORDER

Rule.

Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

The applicant, a life-convict has preferred this application for parole. The applicant has reasonably very good jail record and in past, whenever granted parole or furlough, he has reported to the jail authority in time, barring one occasion. The applicant, who is working in open jail, seeks parole for 60 days for undertaking agricultural operation of his agricultural field at his native place in absence of any responsible member of the family.

Considering the above aspects of the matter, I am inclined to consider this case and hereby grant Two weeks of parole to the applicant from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/-

(Rupees Two Thousand) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the parole period, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority in time.

Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
