Section 1 in Compensation Scheme for Women Victims/Survivors of Sexual Assault/other Crimes, 2019
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)This Chapter may be called the Compensation Scheme for Women Victims/Survivors of Sexual Assault/other Crimes, 2019.(2)It shall come into force on the date of publication in official gazette.(3)It shall apply to the Victim and their dependent(s) of Bihar who have suffered loss, injury, as the case may be, as a result of the offence committed and who require rehabilitation.
