Section 22(b) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(b)Whenever a document is presented for registration with portions written in different ink, pen or hand, the registering officer should advise the presentant to note the fact at the foot of the document and sign it. If the presentant refuses to do this, the Registering Officer shall make note of it in the copy in the register book on the margin reserved for notes under Section 20 of the Act.
