Section 21(3) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1954
(3)All rules made under this section shall be published in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.], and upon such publication shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
