Section 8(1) in The Collection of Entertainment Duty on Cable Television (including Entertainments Duty leviable or Direct-to-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) by Way of Public Auction Rules, 2003
(1)The terms and conditions of the agreement to be entered into by the Government with the successful bidder shall be such as may be specified by general or special order by the Government from time to time.
