Section 1 in The Paradip Port Trust Employees' (Contributory Outdoor and Indoor Medical Benefit after Retirement) Regulations, 2000
1. Short Title and Commencement.
- (i) These Regulations may be called the "Paradip Port Trust Employees' (Contributory Outdoor and Indoor Medical Benefit after Retirement) Regulations, 2000".(ii)They shall come into force from the date of their Publication in the Gazette of India.
