State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 4(1) in The West Bengal State Homoeopathic Health Service Act, 2002.

(1)No person appointed to the West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service shall be transferred to the West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service:Provided that any person holding a teaching post in the basic level in the West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service may exercise an option for the West Bengal Homoeopathic Health Service on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
