2. Amendment of the long title of West Bengal Act 42 of 1973.
- In the long title of the Prevention of Adulteration of Food, Drugs and Cosmetics (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), for the words and figures "the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898", the words and figures "the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973" shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, substituted.
