"This Court by iis order dated 16.03.2022 has directed the responders io
fake aperopriste action as per the reeammendations made by the Three Men
Committes on 69.09.2024. Six weeks time ie given for compliance. The said periad
expired long ago. On the last accagion Le. on 48.06,2022, the learnad Senior
Counsel appcaring for the petifioners pointed out that the order has not bean
compliad with, Learned Government Pleader took time to report compliance. This
is renorded in the order dated 15.06.2022,
Teday, when the matter is called, Ris stated a campilance report hag been
Sled on behalf of the Government and the same is served on the learned Senior
Counsel fer the petifioners. The dosumentis enclosed te the compliance report
show that some correspondence took place between the officials In the interim

As rightly pointed out by the learned Senior Counsel, the responsibility is
being shifted from one Department to another Department, without taking any

clear conclusion about the R&P package, sic. Therefore, he submits that there is
nothing much for the State te think about or decide.
Thie Court has to prima facie agree with what Is stated by the isarned
Senior Counsel. Nevertheless the Government needs time for taking a decision.

granted.
