Section 16(ii) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(ii)shall not proceed beyond the limits of the jail without the general or special permission of the Superintendent of the Jail in this behalf;
