91. Delegation of function of the Government with regard to requisitioning.
- The Government may, by notification, direct that any powers conferred or any duty imposed on the Government by any of the provisions of sections 85 to 90 shall, under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercised or discharged by such officer or class of officers as may be so specified.
