Section 40(1) in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the District Authority for Clinical Establishment refusing to grant or renew a provisional registration certificate may prefer an appeal to the State Authority for Clinical Establishments.
