Section 50(3) in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
(3)The chairman of the society shall preside over all meetings at which he is present. In the absence of the chairman, vice-chairman shall take the chair or in his absence the directors present shall elect one of their number to be the chairman of the meeting.
