Section 7(1) in Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance test for Diploma Holders, (ECET-FDH) Rules, 2003
(1)Chairman, who shall be the Vice-Chancellor of any University nominated by the Competent Authority for each academic year for the purpose of conducting ECET-FDH.
