Section 318(3) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(3)When a number is put up or painted on any premises under the order of the [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Bombay 79 of 1958, Section 3, Schedule.] in accordance with clause (d) of sub-section (1), the expense of such work shall be payable by the owner of the premises.
