Section 6(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Evacuees' (Administration of Property) Act, 2006
(2)Where after the vesting of any evacuee property in the Custodian any person is in possession of any such property he shall be deemed to beholding it on behalf of the Custodian and shall, on demand, surrender possession of it to the Custodian or any person duly authorised by him in this behalf.
