(iv)When the office of an Official Receiver falls vacant on account of his death, suspension, dismissal or proceeding on leave, a particular person shall be appointed as ad hoc Receiver by the Court in each case under section 56 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, the person being nominated by the High Court. The Receiver so appointed shall draw commission and administration charges at the rates admissible to an Official Receiver under Rule 1 of Chapter 4-B, Rules and Orders, Volume II.
