Section 55(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Metropolitan Development Authority may give such directions to any local authority or other department or authority or person with regard to the implementation of any development projects or schemes financed under this Act, or land development conditions approved under this Act, or demarcations of roads, right-of-way for facilities, etc., fencing of open spaces/ amenity reservations, etc. as it deems fit, and any such Authority or person shall be bound to comply with such directions.
