8. Trustees to carry out directions of the Board.
- In the discharge of its powers and functions under regulation 7, the board of trustees shall be guided by such directions as may be given by the Board to it, from time to time:Provided that all such direction shall be given in writing and shall specify the purpose or objective thereof.
