Section 54(1) in Gujarat Irrigation and Drainage Act, 2013
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order of the canal-officer made under section 51, 53 or 55, may prefer an appeal to the Appellate Authority against such order within thirty clays from the date on which the order was communicated and the decision of the Appellate Authority on such appeal shall be final:Provided that such appeal may be entertained by the Appellate Authority after the said stipulated period if it is satisfied that there are sufficient reasons for condoning such delay in preferring the appeal.
