Section 23 in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
23. Honorarium to Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
- The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall be paid such honorarium as the State Marketing Officer may specify, having regard to the finances of the Marketing Board, so however that, the total amount of such honorarium to be paid shall not exceed the limit as may be prescribed.
