                                    ORDER

1. The applicant has filed the present application under the provisions of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 complaining about cutting of 14 Neem Trees by Mr. Rajkishore, Ram Singh and Man Singh illegally in violation of order dated 08.05.2015 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in W.P (c) no. 13381/1984 titled as M.C. Mehta Vs. Union of India and Ors. and directions issued by this Tribunal and also the environmental norms.

2. Prima facie, the averments made in the application raise questions relating to environment arising out of the implementation of the enactments specified in Schedule I to the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.

3. In view of the averments made in the application, we consider it appropriate to seek a report from the Divisional Forest Officer, Firozabad. Accordingly, the Divisional Forest Officer, Firozabad is directed to undertake visit to the site, look into the grievances of the applicant, verify the factual position and submit his report within one month by e- mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Supported PDF and not in the form of Image PDF.

4. List for further consideration on 18.05.2023.

5. A copy of this order, along with a copy of the application and documents attached with the same, be forwarded to the Divisional Forest Officer, Firozabad by e-mail for requisite compliance.
