15. Inclusion in the list confer no right to appointment.
- The inclusion of a candidate's name in the list referred to in Rule 12 shall confer no right to appointment unless Government are satisfied, after such enquiry, as may be considered necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.Chapter-IV Recruitment to Orissa Statistics and Economics Services, Class-II
