(8)The Ombudsman may, at any time, after affording an opportunity of being heard, review his Order, either on his own motion or on an application of any of the parties to the proceedings, within 30 days of the Order on -(i)the discovery of new and important matter of evidence which, after the exercise of due diligence, was not within his knowledge, or could not be produced by him at the time the order was made;(ii)on account of some mistake or error apparent from the face of record;(iii)for any other sufficient reasons.
