Section 13(3) in Bihar and Orissa Excise Rules, 1919
(3)The pass shall state -(a)the name and address of the consignor;(b)the name and address of the consignee;(c)the description and exact quantity of foreign liquor despatch;(d)the rate of duty and total amount of duty paid; and(e)the route by which the foreign liquor is despatched.
