Section 442 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
442. Prohibition against unauthorized dealing with public places or materials.
- No person shall without authority in that behalf remove earth, sand or other material from or deposit any matter in or make any encroachment on any land vested in the Municipality or in any way obstruct such land.
