Section 131(c) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(c)in accordance with facts proved or admitted to have occurred under the relevant provisions of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.(ii)In cases of inheritance a summary inquiry into the title is necessary. Where it is claimed that property devolves by reason of will, this should be treated as a case of succession by inheritance and the inquiry will include an enquiry into the validity of the will.
