Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(1)The Member Secretary of the Committee in consultation with the Chairman of the Committee shall fix the time, date and place of the meeting of the Committees as well as the business to be transacted thereat.
