Section 3 in The M.P. Public Trusts Rules, 1962

3. Register of Public Trusts.

- There shall be maintained in the office of every Registrar of Public Trusts,-

(i)a Register of Public Trusts in Form I; and

(ii)a Register of all Properties of Public Trusts in Form II;

in respect of public trusts registered in his district under this Act.
